- Customers have the right to replace before executing the order and the value of the product to be replaced must be the same as the value of the product sold. If the order is executed, i.e. the shipping policy is issued, the customer does not have the right to request a replacement.

The customer does not have the right to request a return after this period. The store bears the cost of shipping and return if the product is defective only.

• Customer failure to respond to the shipping company
- If the shipping company contacts you via text message or WhatsApp to provide your address, if you do not respond our store is not responsible for refunding the amount or sending a different product.
- REDBOX shipments, when your shipment is deposited in the designated pickup box, you must receive the shipment within 48 hours. If you wish to extend the pickup time, you must contact Redbox and pay an additional fee for the extension. our store is not responsible for the cost of the extension.
